Do you want to return a product to us? No problem!
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your products to us, without any justification required.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we do everything we can to make the return process simple and hassle-free.
1- Return
You have a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons for your decision.
In accordance with Article L.221-21 of the Consumer Code and in order to implement this right of withdrawal under the conditions of Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you can send us your return request, specifying the number of the order concerned.
The returned Product must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition, suitable for resale, unused and with all possible accessories.
2- Reimbursement
We will refund you the full amount of your order, excluding the cost of the return package, no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of the returned package.
This refund may be made by the same means of payment as that used when ordering.
